Refund Policy
At C-VALUE Technologies, we value our clients and are committed to ensuring satisfaction with our ICT solutions and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be approved.
1. General Policy
All payments made to C-VALUE Technologies for products or services are considered final. However, we recognize that circumstances may warrant a refund or credit. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the conditions stated below.
2. Project-Based Services (Software, Web, ICT Solutions)
- Deposit Payments: Deposits made to initiate a project are non-refundable, as they cover initial administrative, planning, and resource costs.
- Cancellation Before Commencement: If a project is cancelled in writing before work begins, a partial refund (up to 80%) may be considered at our discretion.
- Ongoing Projects: If development has commenced, refunds are not typically available for completed phases. Clients may receive partial credit for any unused portion of prepaid services.
- Completed Projects: Once deliverables are accepted or deployed, payments are non-refundable.
3. Hosting, Maintenance & Subscription Services
- Hosting, domain, and subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once activated.
- Clients may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle.
- If technical issues originate from our hosting infrastructure and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, prorated refunds or credits may be offered.
4. Consultancy & Training Services
- For cancelled training or consultancy sessions, a minimum of 72-hour written notice is required.
- Failure to provide notice or non-attendance forfeits eligibility for a refund.
- Rescheduling may be offered as an alternative where appropriate.
5. Delivery Timelines
C-VALUE Technologies aims to meet agreed timelines. Delays caused by client inaction, incomplete information, or third-party dependencies are not grounds for refunds.
6. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be made in writing to info@cashvalue.org within 7 business days of the event prompting the request.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days via the original payment method.
- All approved refunds will exclude bank charges, administrative, and transaction fees.
7. Exceptions
- Refunds do not apply to digital deliverables (e.g., source code, designs, digital assets) once delivered.
- Third-party software licenses, domains, or SSL certificates purchased on your behalf are non-refundable.
- Promotional or discounted packages are not eligible for refunds.
8. Policy Updates
This Refund Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our operations or applicable laws. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
